Als dirigent is Jeroen verbonden aan het Harmonie-orkest Semper Crescenso Nieuw-Vossemeer en de Fanfare van Muziekvereniging Wilhelmina uit Numansdorp.

Naast deze vaste orkesten is Jeroen ook met enige regelmaat dirigent van het Codarts Brass ensemble, waarin de koperstudenten van Codarts hun talenten tentoon spreiden. 

Sinds 2022/23 wordt Jeroen steeds vaker gevraagd als gast- of inval- dirigent bij verschillende top-orkesten in Nederland voor repetities en concerten bij o.a. Wilhelmina Glanerbrug, Brassband Rijnmond, het Fanfare-orkest van Emergo uit Castricum en het fanfare-orkest van "De Hoop" uit Stellendam. 

As a conductor, Jeroen is connected to the Windband  Semper Crescendo  of Nieuw-Vossemeer and the Fanfare Wilhelmina from Numansdorp.

In addition to these permanent orchestras, Jeroen is also regularly the conductor of the Codarts Brass Ensemble, in which Codarts brass students display their talents.

Since 2022/23, Jeroen has been increasingly asked as a guest or stand-in conductor at various top bands in the Netherlands for rehearsals and concerts with; Wilhelmina Glanerbrug, Brassband Rijnmond, Fanfare of Emergo from Castricum and the Fanfare of " De Hoop" from Stellendam.
